…ed SirenProperties and ChickenProperties which use Citadels EntityData system. The Blindfold and SeaSerpentArmor effects now get issued in the onArmorTick function
…itadels EntityData system. Moved all code that didn't have to be saved as nbt data and wasn't needed to be synced between clients into their respective individual classes.

Removes the deprecated EntityPropertiesHandlers and replaces them with Utilities utilizing CitadelEntityData's system.
