[Bug]: two weird Hippogryph buggs

What happened?

Hello!

I noticed two unpleasant problems with the hippogryphs today that bother me a lot.
In short:

1. not a single white hippogryph spawns, neither naturally in snow biomes or snow-covered mountains, nor with spawn eggs or hippogryph eggs. It's simply not there.
2. when I find hippogryphs spawning naturally, they float up into the air in a buggy way, usually above the clouds and spin around in a funny way up there. If you pull them out of the sky with a leash and tame them, they are extremely slow and can't run properly.

I play with my friends on a private server and updated from version 1.16 of the mod to 1.20.1 three months ago. Everything runs great except for these two things.
I am using the Xaero's Minimap and Worldmap Mod

Other Information

• I am using other mods besides Ice and Fire
• I have attached a log file from the session that I have experienced this issue
