AzureWindowsBaseline ASR rules all return Data supplied is of wrong type (0x8007065d)

Details of the scenario you tried and the problem that is occurring

All ASR rules are set by GPO to GUID as the name and 1 as the value. Looking at them in Guest Assignments, all of them return the same error Data supplied is of wrong type (0x8007065d)

Fix the mof file? I am not sure where the issue might be
