Fully uplift Raccoons to full human-level intelligence.
Remove the Slaughter verb.
Give them their own Skills tab.
Give them the ability to Socialize with other Fully Sentient people (e.g., Humanlike).
Remove the Training tab.
Add them to the Work tab.
Add them to the Schedule tab.
Add them to the Storyteller for keeping track of their interactions with other Sentients (feelings / thoughts).
Add them to the Relations system (likes, friendships, lovers, etc.).
Add them as a Trader.
Create Thumbnails for them in the overhead bar.
Add them to the overhead bar.
Flex Goals:
Make them Recruitable.
Give them ability to equip weapons.
Most of the work for Items 2-9 has been done (and is in commented code).
The main problems are with 1, 10, and 11.
With 1, I can't for the life of me figure out how to remove the Slaughter verb. It may be hard coded??
With 10 and 11, the graphics do not exist, and I'm not even sure Rimworld is capable of supporting non-HumanLike in the colonist bar... Right now, the missing graphics cause the Uplifted Pawn to completely disappear off of the map and the game constantly spams critical errors, but otherwise, they are colonists as desired.
