I am connected to octopus through the Aira Zero program (similar functionality as Octopus Cosy).

Hello and sorry you're seeing this issue. As per the docs, this means OE haven't exposed the necessary data for this tariff. I've raised this in their forum and await a response. Once it's available, the integration should start picking it up automatically

Hey I've hit the same issue as I've changed my Tarrif to Aira.

AIRA-ZERO-24-07-01/electricity-tariffs/E-1R-AIRA-ZERO-24-07-01-J

I'll add a bump to the forum post when I get my account set up.

It might require an email from someone with that tariff to bring extra light to the situation

@BottlecapDave I've e-mailed them this is their response:

I hope you are well! With this tariff we do not yet have the API available for this to view, as this tariff is still quite limited in number across customers it had not yet been finalised. However this has been requested to be made available, we are simply waiting for a reply on this.
In the meantime you can use the Cosy tariff API instead as these would be the same rates as your own.

Since the AIRA tariff is not there, when the user connects through the API, doesn't it show what type of tariff he is in, and if his tariff type contains AIRA, change to Cosy tariff?

If they have requested the tariff to be added to the API, then I'm afraid you'll need to wait. The product/tariff code is used in a lot of areas and I'm not wanting to put exceptions in all over the codebase for one tariff.

@BottlecapDave I agree, I'm happy to wait for their API to be updated rather than add a condition for this one tariff. That'll add complexity and who knows what'll happen if they change the tariff code!
