Conflicts with ipython etc due to prompt-toolkit #60

ipython (and jupyter) require prompt-toolkit<2.1.0,>=2.0.0.
One cannot work with both ipython and PyInquirer because of this.
(Python 3)

Seems like an easy fix, not sure why the requirements are so out of date.
