Localhost is not resolved properly for definitions #317

For the following agent definition:

"target_definitions": {
    "ssh--8014c959-0e1f-429e-8be6-0ab83fca7349": {
      "name": "localhost",
      "type": "ssh",
      "address": {
        "dname": [
          "localhost"
        ]
      },
      "authentication_info": "user-auth--783115a2-c06a-4fc3-b646-1f1e48b61c7b"
    }
  }

Localhost is not working as, an error on my action step is obtained:

` "status_text": "there was a server-side problem with the execution of this step - error: dial tcp: missing address",

(it works with IPv4 address 127.0.0.1 though)
