We have a new setup where we blocked access for any IP addresses to website where Zabbix is stored but office and VPN IP addresses.

I am working on Windows PC and had Nagstamon for ages running on startup, but because I start my VPN manually, it stopped working on recent versions on startup, because it crashes as website is not available. After starting VPN it is connecting properly.
If I disconnect VPN after starting Nagstamon, it is staying in system tray showing error as it should. But it doesn't crash, crash happens on app startup only.

It seems like similar issue as #1090 because monitoring returns that its hosts/services are not accessible therefore crashing as in that issue
