Missing elastic_properties_mb for Hub & Nacelle

WindIO hub and nacelle are missing section "elastic_properties_mb", same issue with older models also (15MW, 10MW, 3.4MW).

Would be nice to have a look over all WindIO of the 3 other set ups and bring them as up-to-date as possible with the current WindIO format ?

You are correct, we're actively working on this gap here IEAWindSystems/windIO#87
In the meanwhile, please refer to the OpenFAST or HAWC2 models

I will see for the meantime dig up the values from the other models like you suggested

Just wondering, when this PR is done, will the WindIO file include the extra information missing or will it just have the fields empty ?
