I'm putting this as an issue because I'm not sure its desired behaviour.

julia> x=(5,2)
(5,2)

julia> y=(x...,3)
((5,2)...,3)   # Not what I expected!

julia> y=tuple(x...,3)
(5,2,3)  # What I wanted

julia> dump( (x...,3) )
(DataType,Int64) ((5,2)...,3)   # U wot m8

Why is the splatted x turning into a datatype?
