While ::Type{Integer} appears to be a nonsensical expression entered standalone at the REPL, the error message isn't all that helpful:
::Type{Integer}
julia> ::Type #58 not defined julia> ::Type{Integer} #59 not defined julia> ::Type() #60 not defined
The message is the same even if the type is nonexistent:
julia> Something Something not defined julia> ::Something #62 not defined
