missing .copy() method for Dict wrapper

Python VectorValue: <jl [3, 4, 5]>

julia> Py(Dict(1 => 2, 3 => 4)).copy()             # fails
ERROR: Python: AttributeError: Julia: type Dict has no field copy
Python stacktrace:
