[Kavita] Import Age Rating or "Standard" Age Rating from start

Idea Description

A function to import, share or set age restrictions as default would improve the general user experience. As not enough data can currently be read out via the Kavita+ metadata function (thanks to MAL), the age restriction is missing for some series.

Therefore one of the following options would be nice to have:

1. An import/export function of the age restrictions or
2. A default setting of age restrictions or
3. the possibility to “subscribe” to the best/suitable age restrictions from various resources (user created)

Currently my list looks like this and is quite complete, with the exception of a few rarer genres
