[WebReader] Keybind distinction between L/R and U/D for flip 1 page and flip 2 pages

Idea Description

I have started testing Kavita today, and I found that the reader allows switching the keybindings for flipping pages between Up/Down and Left/Right.

I always read in 2 Column mode, and I did have my previous solution set up to flip 2 (or dual) pages on Up/Down, while flipping a single page using the Left/Right arrow keys.
Since not every book aligns its pages correctly (such that the left page is on the left side), this was the easiest fix to realign them.

You are referring to offsetting the reader. There is already a feature request for this. #2660 Please go comment there and make sure you read through existing requests before making your own so you do not make duplicate requests.
