feat: multiple tabs when the last tab is closed

Expected Behavior

1 - When select close all tab or close the last tab open on Scratch Pad, the session is NOT close.
2 -Add an option not to open a new tab when clicking on a folders (i have to many folders and need to close tabs... boring)

1 - When select close all tab or close the last tab open on Scratch Pad, the session is close.
2 - Also is it possible tp add an option not to open a new tab when clicking on a folders (i have to many folders and need to close tabs... boring)

@lmorganl Thanks for the report, for the first issue, I already created a pr to fix it and will ship it in the next version.
The second one is like a feature request, our team needs time to think about it, and there are no plans to support this feature yet.
