Mobile layout

Substance previewer
- Build MySQL table with all substances from stash
- Pull psychonautwiki data into database
- Match Report.Substance to Substance.Name 
- Small display window / part of title bar for description, dosage ranges, durations, etc

Title bar
- All information on report including ROA and source
- T+ countdown for dosing? click to activate?
- Psychonautwiki substance preview pane (may put in bottom left if too crowded)

Add Report Button
- Scroll list to new report
- Highlight current report
- Hide itself, replace with 'close and save' & 'delete report' buttons

Cleanup 
- enter button handling
- need input validation / sanitization / overflow prevention
- Clean up default HTML favicon.ico request (@route '/favicon.ico' OR just convert PNG and serve both)
