[Bug] Set Variable is not found by 0327 rule

What happened?

There is a 0327 rule replace-set-variable-with-var that detects all variants of Set Variable like global one, suite etc, but it does not detect simple Set Variable.

What did you expect to happen instead?

The line with Set Variable should be detected by 0327 rule.
