[Bug] Saved report no longer uses title #4823

Describe the Bug

The saved report isn't using the title. This was caused by:
commit a3b51aa

which moved to ui-next

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create some tracked measurements
  2. Click save sr
  3. Enter a title 'abc'
  4. Hit enter (bug 2)
  5. Click on save button
  6. Will mark as saved

The current behavior

Does not save on hitting enter
Doesn't use saved title.

The expected behavior

Saves immediately on hitting enter
Uses saved title
