[Bug] [Segmentation] Unable to load segmentation in MPR viewports

Describe the Bug

Unable to load segmentation files from Advanced layout (MPR) and showing the blank viewport when disableConfirmationPrompts is true.

Steps to Reproduce

Scenario 1

1. Load a data in MPR viewport
2. Drag and drop an existing segmentation to the viewport

Scenario 2

1. Load a data in MPR viewport
2. Drag and drop an existing segmentation to the viewport (sometimes seg loads correctly)
3. Edit the segmentation name
4. Delete the segment
5. Drag and drop the segmentation to the viewport

The current behavior

1. A blank viewport is displaying. Sometimes all axial, coronal, sagittal viewports get blank

The expected behavior

Viewports should not get blank and should display the image and segmentation in the viewport.
