Print the transaction ID on transactions, now that we're on V2 #34

It would be nice to print the transaction ID for transactions as soon as we have it, so that users can:

cancel a long running txn (ctrl-c then rai cancel "<txn-id>")
share the transaction ID with others
view the transaction and results in the console
