Language Selection UI – Default Value Not Reflecting Properly

Description:

When switching between languages in the Preferences > Localization section of Rocket.Chat, selecting "Default" does not immediately reflect expected behavior.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Preferences > Localization.
2. Select a language (e.g. Hindi).
3. Observe that the UI updates to the selected language.
4. Select "Default" from the dropdown.

Expected behavior:

The dropdown should also display "Default" when the system's default language is active.

Actual behavior:

1.Selecting "Default" does not update the UI immediately for some languages.
2.After a page refresh:
- The dropdown now correctly display "Default".

• Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 7.4.1
• NodeJS Version: 22.13.1
• MongoDB Version: 6.0.19

Client Setup Information

• Desktop App or Browser Version: Chrome 135.0.7049.85 (Official Build) (arm64)
