BUG: Accepting suggestion with auto_insert fails

There's currently a bug that affects users that have the selection = 'auto_insert' option set. The auto insertion works fine, but when manually accepting a suggestion it fails. It sort of removes words backwards and... yeah... it's weird.

1. Yes, I'm on the latest commit. (7d6b50b to be exact)
2. I do not change any of the LSP defaults for capabilities.
