Question regarding PR for background radius with text

Hi!

This is in regards to the PR I submitted here:

#2270

I want to be able to use this functionality while being on the main branch due to the ffmpeg update as the rotation of my videos have just started being oddly streatched (I see this issue here mentioning it: #2356 and it looks like there was an update since then).

I updated the version of moviepy though and I can't see the bg_radius working in this version - nor is it in the code (although it says it is merged?)

Note: I really have near no experience with PR's and Git can get very complicated - so I assume I probably made a mistake somewhere here..

Is there something I should be doing on my end to have fixed the issue of the order of the params?
