Description of changes:
Adds dynamic welcome screen content for ASK Blogs (https://developer.amazon.com/en-US/blogs/alexa/alexa-skills-kit) and ASK Features (https://developer.amazon.com/en-US/alexa/alexa-skills-kit/new/feature-updates).
Additionally, this change updates the
What's newitem in the tree view to open the welcome screen. This is especially useful if a user has closed the welcome screen, or for users who have disabled the auto opening of the welcome screen. Previously there was no other way to open this view.By submitting this pull request, I confirm that my contribution is made under the terms of the Apache 2.0 license.
