What happened?

百分比复现操作逻辑：切换到移动端页面，左键长按任意位置直至出现菜单，随后关闭菜单，点击弹出Popup弹窗，随后便无法滑动页面，刷新后也无法滑动。仅可杀掉标签页才重新打开页面才可恢复。
