We are getting the same issue as mentioned in https://github.com/aws-samples/amazon-chime-sdk-recording-demo/issues/13

@kawaljee Can you please confirm the IAM User's policy to ensure that it has the permissions to update the cloud9 environment tag? This seems to be permissions related.

@michhyun1 Yes, we tried that too but we are facing the same issue.

Can you also confirm the aws credentials in less ~/.aws/credentials and make sure that the default aws account is the IAM User/Role that has the Cloud9 Admin access policy?

Chime SDK team has launched a new service to provide meeting capture capabilities with original video resolution and frame rate. You will not need to provision your own container infrastructure. Instead, just call the API from AWS SDK and provide a prepared S3 bucket to receive the artifacts.
