Deploy an instance of Indy-Node-Monitor into OpenShift configured to monitor and alert on the any issues with the CANdy environment.

Required Work:

  • OpenShift configurations for deploying the Indy-Node-Monitor components into OpenShift/K8S. This is an opportunity to perform a complete review and test of [DRAFT] Helm chart for k8s deployment hyperledger/indy-node-monitor#52.
  • Define and develop alerting rules.
    • Review and define what constitutes warning and error alert conditions.
  • Define notification channels for rocket.chat and slack.
  • Publish the public dashboards openly.
  • Secure the private dashboards and interfaces.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • A deployed instance of Indy-Node-Monitor monitoring the CANdy dev, test, and prod environments.
  • Alerts and notifications triggered when a node or nodes exhibit a warning and/or error condition, such as being unreachable.
  • Public dashboard openly available for review.
  • Private and secure interfaces protected and/or completely inaccessible publicly.
