As a user of Notify, I need the Notify UI and experience to be fully accessible, as well as the messages that I send, so that I can ensure I'm able to use the service and meet user needs for recipients.

As the Notify team, we need to ensure that Notify meets all GC standards and web standards so that we can give our users confidence in choosing and adopting GC Notify as a solution for sending messages.

Acceptance criteria

• Review significant changes since last audit, make a list of areas to test
• Set up test environments for testers: cds accounts, forwarding accounts?
• Sync with Notify team to brainstorm and agree to a list of flows to test
• Meet with auditors to walk through the plan. Set up a doc to list flows to test
• Review report and create tasks
• Share the report
• Publish an update to our a11y statement with new issues, and new info about last audit
