Auth types: updates to view template screen

Description

As a (user), I want to be able to remove my phone number from GC Notify.

Acceptance Criteria

Given some context, when (X) action occurs, then (Y) outcome is achieved

• Update the SMS template flow for "No, send yourself this message". There needs to be validation to check if there is a phone number associated with that user. If there is no phone number, we need a screen that asks the user to input a phone number. (different flows for trial/ live? services)
• Design: Decide on what needs to be done on the trial flow for SMS testing

QA Steps

• Tested in a realistic production scenario
