  1. Will we even have enough submissions to have to choose? (How many people worth of space do we have?)

  2. Option: Call For Zines (like !!Con)

    • Do we ask for finished zines, or zine proposals?
    • Do the organizers choose zines?
      • What are our criteria for choosing zines?
        • Amazing zines can come in so many forms. How can we compare one zine against another?
        • Are we looking for certain categories of zines?
        • How much of our zine criteria do we publish?
        • Do we have criteria for the people submitting the zines? What's our plan for if submissions are not diverse? (How does !!con manage this?)
    • Does the community choose zines?
      • A voting process or something? (I tend to think of this as a bad thing but if you have a good argument for it, go!)
    • Do we ask a computer to choose zines?
      • ...how???
  3. Option: Lottery (like an Artist's Alley)

  4. Option: Other idea that you have in your head right now

  5. What are our criteria for rejecting zines?

    • I think that "organizers' discretion" is probably ok
    • How do we feel about borderline-not-a-zine contents? (like, "a blogpost printed out"?)

We just came up with a draft exhibitor application as Google Form for your consideration, @litonico, @daiyi, and @acgillette! Would love your thoughts!

And @daiyi, we grabbed your ah-mazing drawing from the czf_con Twitter to use as the header. I hope that's okay! (If it is, it might be handy to drop a higher-res version of that into the czf Drive Folder?
