Working with patch to disable radar blending

Affected by #758, but building with the android-blend-workaround branch of oznogon/EmptyEpsilon works (binary APK build).

• Nokia 7.1 (Android 10)
• Nokia 6.1 (Android 9)
• Nexus 4 (Android 8/Nitrogen OS ROM)

Starts, but some stations are glitchy

Affected by #758 plus glitching on the blend workaround branch:

• Amazon Fire HD 10 (2015) reported in #758
• Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (?) reported in #758

Untested with the blend workaround:

• Huawei P10 (2017) reported in #499
• Nexus 5 (Android 6.0.1) reported in #393
• Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014), text rendering issues

Not known to work
