[Bug]: TTS Autoplay not working with agents

What happened?

When enabling autoplay for TTS and using a custom agent. The TTS seems to fail.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new agent, setting only the required fields is enough
2. Set the TTS setting to autoplay (Tested with external/OAI and browser/Samantha)
3. Send a message to the agent and wait for the TTS
