User Story

As a Devfile client I want to to enable downloading of parent resources but do not want to encounter any performance issues due to the underlying git cloning implementation

Acceptance Criteria

• Investigate whether we can avoid using git cloning
• Investigate whether it makes sense to provide downloading of specific resources such as deploy.yaml, kubernetes.yaml instead of downloading all parent resources. See original request: Handling of resources that comes from the parent devfile #46
