Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe the problem.

I am wanting to use the Azure.AI.Inference SDK to connect with an existing Azure AI Foundry or GitHub Models resource, but there isn't an Aspire integration.

Describe the solution you'd like

An Aspire integration for the SDK.
