Tigris Data Storage, Image Optimization with openimg, Remix Auth Updates, and more!

We've made a number of significant improvements to the stack since the last release (just last week). We've got new decision docs for the big things:

• Switch to Tigris for Image Storage
• Introduce Image Optimization - This uses openimg (running within the app) and stores the cached optimized images on the persistent volume.

In this release, we're also upgrading Remix Auth and most other deps. We also take advantage of Prisma's new Typed SQL feature for much better type safety when making raw SQL queries.
