Description

Add rules (kind of like override rules) to trigger a deletion of the media requested by a user. For example, if the media was watched by the user for X amount of time (this data comes from Tautulli) or just to delete it after X amount of hours/days. Before Jellyseerr deletes the media, it could send a notification to the user reminding them that their requested media will be deleted in X amount of time or if they don't watch it.

Desired Behavior

Add a setting under the Services tab called "Deletion rules". The user can add a new rule to determine when a certain media is deleted (like override rules). There should be a "watched" checkbox or "watched by" dropdown to select if the media must be watched or not.

In the notifications settings, a setting called "deletion reminder" with an X amount of days or hours should be added to know when to send the reminder to the user that requested the media that it will be deleted.

Would love this. As long as users aren't able to actually delete media, but request for deletion which I can accept or reject.
