object_db: test SHA-256 support

Since our codebase now supports SHA-256, let's add some tests.  We use
the object DB to read and write objects of all types both in SHA-1 and
SHA-256 format.  This provides a comprehensive set of integration tests
that exercise all of our code paths that are hash sensitive.
