Publish binaries to Maven Central

We would like to have the release files on Jcenter or Maven Central.

If Google decides to publish their own version to JCenter, we will update our README and point them to Googles artifact.

I see 14 "thumbs up" to @keesvandieren 's suggestion here.

I have just taken on the role of being Google's contact for this library. It is substantially out of date with respect to more recent Schema.org releases, but the interest here is good to know about.
