I don't have an opinion on it, and I don't particularly want to work at Meta in the first place. Not that I'm upset about it, but why did you ask me this in a Github issue, and what kind of response are you actually looking for?
I find it fascinating that different companies take different approaches to the topic of interviewing. Every company is different, and one difference between Meta and Amazon is the above. There are some companies that keep their questions very tight and secure, while others give full access to them to all engineers in the company. Some companies have eng do multiple interviews a week, some almost never. Some tie them to perf review, and others don't. Of course, there are many other differences, but I find it so interesting that some people like DP while others don't like it. It seems like it wouldn't be so controversial. I asked this in a github issue because the original thread died. How has the interview process evolved over the years at Amazon? What changes have you seen over time? Where do you see it evolving in the future? Thanks!
do you have thoughts on that? thanks!
