Cannot auto update ftp-remote-edit to the latest version

in the official Pulsar repository it is not possible to download the latest version but rather version 18.2.

@cschindl I hope this gets to you. The likely reason package publishing was failing was due to an expired API token. If you could confirm this by applying a new token (running ppm login), future versions should publish the package. If it does not, there are still issues on Pulsar's backend.
