In TFR v0.9.12 is the Teamspeak Plugins are now packed in a ts3_plugin installer.
Can you made a option the Swifty start the ts3_plugin installer befor or after the download?

Something to add to what @ebuc87 said : TFAR 1.0 beta releases (which many communities are taking on and therefore is relevant to Swifty) have frequent updates to the ts3_plugin installer as well as the mod itself. Having Swifty auto-detect if and when it has changed and then launch it would be ideal.
