Granted this is probably just a personal request because I myself have Trashnet 1.0
But it'd be great to throttle swifty a bit so I can still do things while it continues to try to suck my internet dry like a vampire trying to ween himself off blood.~

Simple solution: Download mods at night, when you don't use your PC

Though I do agree with this, and do it quite often. But 600kbs is absolutely horrific. Occasionally our group does massive Re-Do's of our Repo. Which is in total about 30GB.
It would just be a nice feature.

600Kb/s ? I am suprised that you can run Arma 3 on multiplayer and TeamSpeak at same time. No offence. At my community we have similair 40+GB mods. It is pain when for example CUP or RHS have update, but I can't imagine your pain.

Well, neither of them really have to transmit much over 30KB/s so it's not much of an issue. It's just large scale downloads that take time. I still want to be able to use my internet and not bottleneck my entire house because swifty can't be throttled to about 300KB/s so I can plop on some youtube or watch my horrible internet based Television.
