Device appears as active license after formatting

Problem

After formatting my MacBook Pro, the application continues to display my MacBook as an active device on the device list, despite the fact that it is the same computer.

Steps to reproduce

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Format the computer with an active license.
2. Reinstall the application on the formatted device.
3. Reactivate the application.
4. The license spot shows as taken by the same device.

Expected behavior

I anticipated that the app would recognize the device ID and be aware that only one license slot should be reserved.

I have encountered a similar problem. All my equipment quotas have been filled now.

Perhaps they should introduce a deactivation feature that is verified via email.
