Grayed out previous/next buttons

Problem

Currently, in situations where skip forward/back is impossible (ex. in Apple Music stations in some cases), the buttons show up as normal, even though they are not functional.

Expected behavior

In the iOS Dynamic Island, those buttons are grayed out in situations where they are not functional. I was wondering if this was possible to replicate.
