Play button starts Apple Music station

Problem

Currently, when opening the now playing preview when nothing is playing, none of the buttons do anything.

Expected behavior

Was wondering if there could be an option for pressing ‘play’ in these situations to serve as a trigger to start Apple Music (or spotify??), the same way that pressing the play/pause key will do in macOS.
