  • Add super-admin control of community tier
  • Remove low-tier community content from trending and from feeds
  • Bump all community tiers by 1 with 0 being a community that is explicitly marked as spam by super-admins
  • Create middleware to prevent new content creation in tier 0 communities.
  • Setting a community tier to 0 should mark all content in the community as spam
