New user popover card

Question:

1. how this should look like (and work) on mobile, as hover on mobile is not good idea.
2. more details? Should we implement everything as on design? Mutual connections etc are usually heavy stuff and this will also include BE work

1. On mobile this basically won't be displayed - users will always click over it (edge case is hovering over the component within the mobile screen size web view)

2. Mutual connections row -- I would defer that to even even later sub ticket because you're right, it requires an additional platform route, but we do need to start building out social endpoints

@masvelio is right. Mutual connections are heavy, especially without a graph database. We will need to heavily cache user -> community maps to make this performant.

Additional questions:

• What are "users you know"?
