Update Sort and Filter Display on Directory Page

For Admins: the sidebar directory settings is good
For Users / Admins: seeing the selected tags / communities

With the above, what users will see is, in the dropdown

• DAO
• Gaming
• NFTs
• Social
• Admin Picked

Tasks

• Move the added tags into a drop down in the "search communities" row, dropdown should function as applicable filters
• Get rid of "added communities"
• Include a "psuedo tag" called "admin picked" into the dropdown, if any manually selected communities are included
• When users select an item from the list, it should pop up in a row below the search bar, we'll call this component the AppliedFiltersandTagsRow, users should be able to "deselect" the tag", similar to screenshot below.
• Update the Button Styling: it's currently too tall (reduce padding a few px), Add X button, and clear all to the "applied filters and tags" row (if any filters are selected
