mlagents-push-to-hf doesn't exist

Despite a commit introducing push-to-hf, at the time of posting ml-agents has neither push-to-hf nor mlagents-push-to-hub.
Trying to run mlagents-push-to-hf after cloning and installing mlagents leads to a command not found error

Hey there! For the course, we use the fork of ML Agents you can find in https://github.com/huggingface/ml-agents. We have an open PR in ML Agents to integrate it but it's still not merged
