"The issue seems to be in the huggingface/blog repository, not this one.
The file 02_how_to_generate.ipynb is present there.
The error occurs because TensorFlow 2.1 is outdated and no longer available.
A possible fix is to update tensorflow==2.1 to tensorflow>=2.12 or the latest version.
